Inform us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with the original packaging, and must show no signs of pet or human use.
Customers are responsible for a minimum return shipping fee of $29.99 per item. Please note that return shipping fees may vary significantly.
A 20% restocking/repackaging fee applies per item.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please be aware that the exact colour match of our products may vary due to technology limitations, including factors like digital photography, camera angles, lighting, screen settings, pixel definitions, operating systems, and web browsers. Colour variances are considered "change of mind" returns. Such returns are valid within 30 days of receiving your shipment, subject to our terms and conditions.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to ensure their safe return. This applies to both change of mind returns and faulty/incorrect orders. Additionally, courier terms and conditions require emailed images of sufficiently repackaged items before processing a return. Please send these images to enquiries@hojjati.com.au
Customers must print and securely attach return labels to the items being returned to prevent loss.
