If selecting a rug based on a sample, please note that another rug of the same design and size may not be an exact match.
Refund & Exchange Policy
No Change of Mind Refunds: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
Exchange Policy:
Handmade rugs can be exchanged within 2 months of purchase.
Modern and machine-made rugs can be exchanged within 2 weeks.
Condition for Exchanges:
Rugs must be returned in their original showroom/saleable condition.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Order Timelines:
Rugs on order typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, though in some cases, it may take up to 1 month.
Custom orders may take significantly longer.
Storage Policy:
Purchased rugs can be stored with us for up to 6 months.
If left beyond this period, a store credit will be issued toward a future purchase.
