    • Please note that handmade rugs are non-refundable due to inherent variations in dye colour and minor weaving imperfections. These unique characteristics add to the beauty and authenticity of each piece.
  2. Timeframe for Returns:

    • Rugs must be returned within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:
      • Handmade Rugs: Up to 12 weeks.
      • Modern and Machine-made Rugs: Up to 2 weeks.
  3. Eligible Conditions for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, rugs must be in their original showroom/saleable condition. We do not accept rugs that have been used or damaged after purchase.
  4. Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders are typically non-refundable. However, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to one month for processing custom order returns.

Return Process
