Terms and conditions Rug Purchase transactions:
- No two handmade rugs are identical; variations in dye colour and minor weaving imperfections occur in all handmade rugs
- Care should be taken in choosing based on a sample rug. another rug of the same design and size will not be identical
- Refunds & Exchanges: 1/ We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
2/ We will gladly exchange goods within 2 months for handmade rugs, or 2 weeks for modem and machinemade rugs.
3/ Our exchange policy applies to goods that are returned in a showroom/saleable condition. However we do not exchange or refund custom orders. 4/ Rugs on order usually come in store in 1 to 2 weeks, however, in some circumstances it can take up to 1 month. Custom orders can take much longer.
